Description
Updated french translations :
*typos (spelling + french typography);
*some rewriting;
*newly translated msgid.

Addenda :
*original file taken from sourceforge (version date = 2013-05-15);
*patch file tested with UFO: AI v2.5-dev (nightly version from 2013-05-18);
*# some msgid might have changed within this last few days (weeks?), because some translated strings in the .po file are not translated in the game (Ex. : texts (not titles) of "Continuous Wave Laser Operation" or "Base-Defence Laser Turret");
*# it seems that there are new UFOpaedia text (for global installations : Radar Tower, UFO Yards, SAM sites), but no msgid in the .po file;
*# Thus : I'll wait some more and test again before making any report.
