Issue description

I'd like to be able to eject ammunition clips in the battlescape. You can't really take advantage of the grenade launcher's different ammunition types without being able to do this.

Maybe implement it via right-click on the reload button. Partially used clips should appear in the off-hand, or get dumped on the ground if both hands are full. When reloading a clip that is not empty, the partially used clip should get dumped on the ground. If you change ammunition / reload from within the inventory screen, it could dump the partially used clip onto your mouse cursor so you can decide what to do with it yourself. (The 'In' cost for the 'on the ground' container is zero, so you should always be able to get rid of it.)

Right-clicking in the equipment container doesn't work in the Battlescape as it does in the base's equipment container. Feature needed for swapping ammos in combat (GL flechette's are only ammo that need this at the moment).

Actually you can swap ammos *if* the ammo you are swapping out is completely unused, it shouldn't be hard to change this mechanic to swap partially used ammos I think.

There are a few other weapons (riot shotgun and rocket launcher, on top of my head) that would benefit. You might go into combat with one type loaded and encounter an enemy weak against the other type.

Though if what DarkRain says is true, swapping is already possible with the rocket launcher. I'll have to give that a try. Do you happen to know how many TUs the ejecting part takes, if any?

Note: We should only add unload feature after fixing Bug#3475 because it would cry for cheating.
