Issue description
Item 216 imported from sourceforge.net tracker on 2013-01-28 20:16:10

I suggest to split weaponry into Alien and Human origin

for example

Alien Plasma Rifle Human Plasma Rifle

example: when Human player finishes research of Alien Plasma Rifle his units can now use 'Alien Plasma Rifle' but with slight negative effects (e.g. bit low accuracy, more points needed to reload or for various fire modes etc.)

then Player can research own Human modification to Plasma rifle (Human Plasma Rifle)

no negative effects applied for human player

and vice versa this applies to player playing Aliens his units can use w/o any negative effect 'Alien Plasma Rifle' but when he capture 'Human Plasma Rifle' after research he may be able to use it but with some small negative effects again ...

this increases number of needed researches to get optimal weaponry and expands the technology tree ...
