Issue description

Every trained soldier in a firefight knows that the best place to be is their belly. Firing a rifle from prone is the most accurate a marksman can be. Smaller cover and concealment are more effective, though movement is hindered.

Some weapons should never be fired prone (rpg) and some are simply less effective (handguns, grenades.)

i fully support this, as prone position may be used for sniper rifles to increase % chance (and maybe lower by 1 point action needed for aimed shot) increases defense bonus movement action cost more than while crouched

p.s. in real world, soldiers are trained to be able fire launchers from prone position too!

if we get a modeller which will do all the animations for the models needed... yes - maybe - otherwise.. i'm sorry, lacking of manpower
