if you force the multiplayer game to start, the round does not advance

detailed way to reproduce :
1) create server
2) have another player connect
3) none of the 2 players (server and client) ready up
4) force the game to start
5) advance your units normally
6) click on "end round"
BUG : the other player does not receive the "it is your round" information, and cannot proceed with moving his own units
