I replaced a SHIVA with Laser Cannon, the text said:
"Laser Cannon
removing Laser Cannon in 2 hours
installing Laser Cannon in 4 hours"

Obviously in removing line SHIVA should have been mentioned.

REF*CKTORING! One more bug due to refactorings. It's not an issue in 2.3.x because we use slot->item->tech and slot->nextItem->tech pointers. But with the objDef_t refactoring it was gone and the new code cached only one tech (with RS_GetTechForItem) for nextItem if it was set or item otherwise. We need both!

Fixed in c00c95700eab412c0dc8d9a4db2f2bae84407f45.
