already tried that...

Huh? Mouse did work a week ago, then I updated with svn and
mouse is now stuck in the lower right corner. I don't know
if the options in the Makefile are changed. I tried both
"make" and "make clean;make". OK, so I changed Makefile to
DGA=YES in two places, "make clean;make" and the problem
remains...

make currently says the following (I do not see, -lXxf86dga
among LDFLAGS, but I don't know if it should be displayed
here). Help!

-D_XOPEN_SOURCE -std=c89 -I/usr/include/SDL -D_REENTRANT
-DUSE_SDL -DUSE_ALSA -DHAVE_DGA -DHAVE_VIDMODE
-DHAVE_GETTEXT -g -O0 -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -DDEBUG -fweb
-DPARANOID

LDFLAGS
-----------------------
-ldl -lm -lvorbisfile -lvorbis -lasound -L/usr/lib -lSDL
-lpthread -lasound

Options
-----------------------
BUILD_SDLUFO = YES
BUILD_GLX = YES
BUILD_DEDICATED = YES
BUILD_ALSA = YES
BUILD_WITH_SHADER = NO
HAVE_IPV6 = NO
HAVE_GETTEXT = YES
BUILD_WITH_DGA = YES
...

Solved! After removing ~/.ufoai/ everying works find. Who
would have though? No DGA needed.
