Description
Let's say you have an interceptor equipped with Alien Aircraft Armour.
Alien Polymer Armour was just produced in another base and you start transferring it to the interceptor's home base.
Because transfer takes several hours (20-30 hours), you want to start stripping the interceptor from its Alien Aircraft Armour (as it takes 36 hours).
When the new armour arrives at base and despite the removal of previous armour is not terminated, you might want to order the equipping of the new polymer armour (just because the game allows to assign an item to an aircraft while another one is being desequipped).
Don't. This will reset the desequipping time of previous armour, canceling the 20-ish hours already spent to remove it. In order to not loose the nearly completed removal, you have to wait for it to be completed before ordering the new armour to be equipped.
Again, should you had the new armour already in base inventory, you could have ordered it to be equipped and this would have triggered the current armour desequipping, and the equipping would have been queued to this desequipping.

The title suggests the bug could apply to any other aircraft item, but I didn't test this.
As I guess it, ordering a removal is canceled by any other action on the same equipment slot (except the same order?),
and ordering an equipment to be mounted on a slot triggers (and resets) the removal of any current equipped item in same slot.

Shouldn't the new order be queued so that the equipping occurs when current (not new) desequipping is completed?

Now, is this really a bug report or an optimization request?
Steps to reproduce this issue
* Have an aircraft at base with armour equipped, and another kind of armour in the base inventory.
* Order the craft armour to be removed.
* Wait for some recordable time (say a few hours) and check that remaining time is less than original time needed for removal.
* Order the craft to equip the armour in base inventory.
* Check that remaining removal time is now original removal time.
