Issue description
Hi,

there is a bug in a formula for counting shot accuracy in function void G_CalcEffectiveSpread in file g_combat.cpp.

Where combination of skill of Accuracy and skill of Weapon gets 170, accuracy is the best -> formula from the function gets spreads equal to zero for all weapons in the game. But for better soldiers it gets negative spreads and soldier are not so accuracy. There are three pictures with graphs explaining the situation for different Accuracy ability. All graphs were computed with the Accuracy ability factor constant and Weapon ability factor variable - on the X axe. Y axe is used for value of acc factor and common factor (names of variables from the G_CalcEffectiveSpread function).

Please, make this formula to get spread factors equal to 0 only for 100 + 100 ability.
