Description
The image for the IR goggles in a solider head equipment slot gets replaced by any item in the soldiers primary hand.

Examples:
No IR goggle equipped, assault rifle in primary hand - everything looks good, rifle in hand, head slot empty
IR goggles equipped, primary hand empty - everything looks good, primary hand empty, goggles in head slot
IR goggles and assault rifle equipped - assault rifle appears in right and and, comically, in the head slot

Order of equipping/un-equipping does not make any difference. Any order of equipping or un-equipping items will result in the effects noted above.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Go to soldier equipment screen. Equip an item (ie. assault rifle) in the primary hand and IR goggles in the head slot.
