Description
Some options not saved.
On the next gameruns some checked by me boxes appear unchecked.
E.g. 3D Geoscape, or Tooltips, or both.
Also, min/max Geo-Cam values change by themselves (I didn't set them at all).
Steps to reproduce this issue
Start an exe, check some options. Next time they differ.
