Description
First of all: there are no chance for it to show how much it will cost. And it doesn't show the cost, of course.

Second: Time to build is wrong, and sometimes it's even empty.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Start building radar tower. Time to build is empty.
After that start building something else: time to build is the same as for radar tower.
