Issue description
When you can see an enemy, the camera is not centred on the enemy, and you end the turn, the camera movement to the enemy location does not pause events. This means that both the camera and the enemy move at the same time. So if you ended the turn and the enemy that moved was far away from your camera location (or your camera was very zoomed in), by the time the camera reaches the enemy location, the enemy is no longer on screen. This makes it hard to tell who moved and where.

This is in contrast to what happens when you see an enemy for the first time – in that case the camera scrolls first, reaches the enemy, and only then the enemy moves.

This is using the current 2.5-dev version.
Steps to reproduce this issue
This is best seen on base defence missions when there are plenty of attackers (Bombers and Gunboats). Place one person in the security room, press end turn, and notice the erratic camera behaviour.
