Issue description
If a soldier starts from a crouched position, then moves far enough that it is better for him to stand, run and crouch at the end, the displayed TU cost does not match the actual TU cost. The displayed TU cost only calculates the TU cost to move from A to B as if he is crouched all the time. But if the soldier moves far enough, he will automatically stand, run and crouch at the end, saving TU. Ideally, the displayed TU cost should match the actual TU cost.
Steps to reproduce this issue
1. Get a lightly equipped soldier who gets the TU bonus.

2. Start map and crouch the soldier. End turn.

3. Start with full TU and try to go as far as you can crouched. He'll get up and walk and crouch, but end up with more TU than you were told.
