Issue description
If there is a fire on a tile that can damage the unit, the path generator will still walk right through it, even if there are easy options on either side. It would be great if the pathfinding knew to avoid this, but it should still be possible to force walking through if necessary.

Ideally, alien AI would also avoid this, allowing us to use incendiary grenades as area denial weapons.

+africa has a small camp fire that should be easy to test on. I assume the same is true of incendiary fields, but haven't tested that.
