Yesterday Bayo created account for me. But i don't know, can I fully replace the po-files there, not just add the changes? Will there be changes made in the pootle are automatically added in git master?

you can either replace or sync them - there is an option in the file upload dialog for the ukrainian translation. just give it a try - we have this version, the version in git, so nothing will get lost ;)
