Candidate patch to r31050 --

Simple change to g_ai.c/AI_FindHdingLocation which changes the search pattern from a row-by-row search of a grid, to checking a series of increasingly large diamonds (i.e. search order is in increasing Manhattan distance), in order to reduce the directional bias and increase the likelihood of finding nearby cover (and thus leaving more TUs for crouching, reaction fire, et al). The search remains as deterministic as it was before.

Code builds with this patch; unsure of what exists for systematic testing of efficacy.

Code is marginally more complicated, but it should not have a significant increase in computational cost.
