When you move cursor over the building in your base you have to wait until a tooltip appears. And tooltip itself looks not that great either. I'd say it's better to show building name in the base name section (top) or merge base name section with money section (when hovering only) and write the name there instead of using a tooltip.

I see no advantage of this feature. You don't have to wait too much for a tooltip and you will learn the images quickly.
