I would like to see training facilities added.

A (gym) for strength and speed and a (Range) for accuracy.

And A (?) for Close Combat, Assault weapons, Heavy weapons, Sniper Rifles,

And an (explosives Range) for High-explosives training.

A soldier gets assigned to a training facility and assigned a stat or skill to work on.
you can set the soldier to stop training when the assigned stat or skill reaches a certain point.

Each training facility has a limited number of slots available.

earth is threatened by evil aliens, an elite force consisting of the top-of-the-top-shottas builds secret bases, would training facilities be a priority? i doubt it...

It should be important. Sometimes there are several weeks/months between ground incursions (depending on difficulty). What are they doing during that time? XBox?
