As often, I can't tell whether this is a bug or not :P

As I see it, cl_initial_equipment should be settable from the campaign, so the campaign author can control the equipment PHALANX starts the game with. However, the current implementation in 2.2.x at least (I am looking into trunk now...) does not allow this.

I attach a patch which makes cl_initial_equipment settable from the campaign defition, and defaults it to "human_phalanx_initial" if it is not set.

Could someone more "senior" take a look at this an say yay or nay.

Outdated. The code changed much since this.
