In the recruiting list, there is no indication that there are more soldiers/researchers/etc available than the ones shown on the screen.

After reading in the forums that the list is scrollable, i first tried cursor keys and page up/down - with no effect - and not tried the mouse wheel (works) until later.

There should be a scrollbar or arrows like in ufopedia

I'll second this. My mouse wheel is not functioning up to par, and some mice do not even have a wheel to use. I would like to be able to use the arrows, page up/down keys, mouse wheel, and have the option to click a scroll bar up or down. Having these options would make the interface much more professional and easy to understand.
