I'd like to request a few alterations to the Windows installer. As it is now, it automatically creates a desktop icon and an entry in the start menu. This is fine for most users, but not for me. I like to keep things clean, and with the many (beta) releases deleting the icon and the directory every time is getting to be a pain, so this is what I suggest:

Add two checkboxes to the end of the installation process, both enabled by default, one for the desktop icon and one for the directory. I know this is possible with the Nullsoft installer, I've seen plenty of other programs do it.

Also, when uninstalling the uninstaller currently leaves all the files in the user's profile directory. It really should prompt the user if those files should be deleted.
