it should be made a bit easier to do map testing/problem reporting.

one thing that would help a lot would be an easier way to create screenshots.
this 'advanced' screenshot creation mode could either be enabled by having a debug build, by a config parameter or runtime parameter, if it is deemed too intrusive for everyday use.

1. when a screenshot is created, additional information should be written to a file (probably by creating a single file for each screenshot with corresponding name). this file would contain map name and, if possible, coordinates and view direction to help in determining the location of the screenshot;

2. when a screenshot is created, a pop up window would ask for additional description, like, "unable to walk to this tile" or similar. this would help a lot when maps are tested.

when creating a screenshot, a string is written to comments - "UFO:AI".
this string could be used instead of a separate file.
the string also should contain svn revision number.

so data should be written to exif field (what about formats that do not support such field ?)

data to be written :

mapname;
rma assembly string, if applicable;
cursor position, including rma tile;
svn revision of ufoai;
compile time of bsp (to give an idea about which rev the map is);
camera location (with some way to later feed this data into battlescape and get camera moved to the exact same location).

it would be nice to have ufo2map revision that was used to compile particular bsp and exact revision of .map that was used as a source, but these probably ar hard to do.
