Currently the building routine does not perform a
check, wether buildings are next to the place chosen.
You can build in free space. This not look good at all.

i've added a testcase for your latest building destroy changes
i think i've found a bug. please check the campaign tests:

CU_ASSERT_FALSE_FATAL(B_BuildingDestroy(buildingMiddle));

this is failing - but the middle building should not be removeable, no?
