Issue description

I would like stuff to be throwable. Right now, you can only throw grenades, and it works as part of their "firing" method. But I think throwing weapons, ammo, knives, alien corpses, etc. should be possible too. Possibly, the grenade code should be changed so "firing" it will set its timer (this would be in accordance with the current weapon design, too). Then after priming the grenade, the player would throw it with the throw button.

I agree with the general option to throw, as you had in the xcom series of games. It's always useful to be able to quickly pass an item to another team member. Maybe you could consider the weight of the object being thrown and the unit's strength in order to calculate the max distance (if it isn't already being done this way... ;). And I have to say I also agree with the timer button for the grenade, again as it was done in the original games.
