Issue description
Item 3475 imported from sourceforge.net tracker on 2013-01-28 20:10:24

if there is no new ammo available at a base when dropship returns, the game remembers how many shots each soldier had left in his magazine, but if the ammo is unloaded from that weapon, a full clip appears in base storage which can be then re-loaded.
