During base defense mission I've decided to put nanocomposite armors on my troops. It turns out that if you try to put said armor on a trooper already wearing combat armor, the nanocomposite one is substracted from the storage but the trooper is still wearing combat one.

If you try to put it again immediatelly after, the armor will be changed, but still - it will take two nanocomposite ones to do that and one of them is lost forever.

The loss of the armour was already fixed in: [49ae53de8c7a8fc89685d0099ae628aec6405f33]
The amount shown is still wrong, this is an UI bug, see [#3228], it also happens in the aircraft equipment window (but not in skirmish), closing and reopening the window will show the correct amounts.
