This was mentioned already. But I want to re post this as it is also a problem for me too. I have a OS Xp Home Edition. When ever the two crafts get into battle the battle stops hangs and it is like slow motion or even stops till the battle has ended then starts back after around 2-3 minutes of no action as seen on screen, but the program is still running just not connecting with on screen graphics showing the battle. Is this a problem with software or my computer or possibly come config issues? Just to add this is one of the best sims like X-Com I have come across. There are some perks I am missing like stun wands that can be used to captured aliens, but everything is done very superbly.
