There is an unreacheable area on the road on the right, just between the building at the center and the phalanx aircraft.
The following screenshots have a red square marking that area.

Commit d260cba416987e627fb7f58c4dc1707aabbcb3cf should fix this for Firebird and Herakles dropships.
