Issue description

Game speed appears to effect the outcome of air combat. When air combat takes place above a certain speed (more than the middle button) it apparently always results in a loss for my aircraft.

I noticed this while doing aircraft testing using mainly Stilettos with Sparrowhawks and a Shiva, going up against a fighter.

Maybe this has to do with the relationship between game time and weapon delay?
