Using automission for a base defence missions produces nonsensical results, see the screenshots.

attached a save I used to reproduce the bug, and a log (don't have the original ones - the logs, the save is the one I used originally to create the screenshots), this time it was much harder to reproduce than before tough (You will note there are two autobattles in the log, the first one gave a sane result while the second one had both sides survive - and I won).

this time using rev 3881a71ca820891167ae5cf693e4fdc3c8dc91d2 (but I temporarily reverted 7cda22d98926c6731b2fb17506a90feb1c510762)

btw I'm totally fine with disabling automission for base defences.

The priority was adjusted according to the "bug priority rules". See

Disabled automission for story related missions -- like baseattack.

Finally found the real bug here: alien choose a random enemy team (like civs), but it has no more active units it didn't look for another enemy team... Fixed in latest master and ufoai_2.4.
