Iam not quite sure how the map is called exactly, on the geoscape its located in Mexico City and the loadingscreen just prints Map + City. Nevertheless I can't move more than one solider on this map. Screenshot + Savegame appended.

Version is 2.3.1 AMD 64 Linux, I'm running a Ubuntu 10.10 - Maverick Meerkat.

I set bug status to pending as I believe it is fixed by that patch, feel free to reopen it if I'm wrong.
