the first error is in CL_PopupChangeHomebase_f - it does not check whether the base pointer is null (which might happen)

but this does not fix the real issue. is the base the interceptor belongs to destroyed in the meanwhile? maybe we are not handling aircraft correctly that are on geoscape when the base is destroyed?
