The UFO disassembly process needs serious tweaking. It takes about 1200 hours to disassembly a scout type ufo, 1300 hours to disassembly a fighter type ufo and 1701 hours to disassembly a harvester type ufo, considering the ufo yard is almost next door to the base, and the base has two workshops working with 20 engineers. Those values change to 801, 867, and 1134 respectively, when the base has 30 engineers.

Increasing the total of engineers working in the disassembly process doesn't give a linear decrease in time consumption. Crashed ufos take the exact same amount of time intact ufos takes. The game is technically unplayable when it takes 50 in-game days to disassembly a single ufo.

I disagree - in my opinion, the task of disassembling an ufo is absolutely okay to take months to complete, as the benefits are quite high.

Made the low-end UFOs slightly cheaper to disassemble, but left the big UFOs as they were.
The claim that disassembly times don't fall linearly with the amount of workers is false: 2400 / 2 = 1200 while 2400 / 3 = 800.
