I found two errors in the file ufoconsole.log, maybe this will help ...

this tool could maybe generate some useful warnings for the shaders.

Should be fixed in the current trunk (r29402).

It was a one-line fix, and had nothing to do with the shaders; just needed to disable GL_DEPTH_TEST for post-processing.

My favorite kind of bug :)
