Svn 28750, Alt hud

When setting actors in reaction fire mode for the first time during 1 battle, I first need to select which type of RF to use. This even if one of the RF modes (saved from last battle?) are clearly visible as selected. (in short I have to click on the already selected box, for the game to realize it's selected).

If should either
* not show any item as preselected
or
* apply the selection as shown when clicking the use item button

Started ufo fresh and tried loading a savegame that Im reasonably confident about should have shown the issue. The bug did not appear.

So probably something in memory is not properly reset between battles?

in campaign mode, it's a feature to set back the old values of the rf button states to the ones from the battle before. that's why it's quite important to know whether it also happens in skirmish or only in campaign.

Well, if it should be saved between battles, then for sure there is a bug since loading a save game did NOT preserve the state. So I'm still not clear on why I need to test skirmish at all, campaign is showing 2(?) buggy behaviors already.

Bugs being:
* RF mode displayed in GUI as set, but not set in reality in the game engine.
* RF mode not set at savegame load.

Also, if you still feel I need to check skirmish, I presume I need to play 2 skirmish games 1 after another? Or 1 campaign game and then load a skirmish? What about skirmish and then a campaign game? Which one or all 3 variants? Need to give BTaxsis feedback on his recent extensive economic balancing changes, so skirmishgames are not a top prio otherwise.

It seems this was fixed between 28750 and 28860, at least for continuous campaign play.

Have yet to try out how savegames affects things as well as multiple skirmish battles. If not needed, this can be closed fixed now. :)
