map city_disco in skirmish mode

parts of the report are fixed in r27998

the black areas on the wall is a bug in the glsl shaders - i wasn't able to tackle it down yet - but it's not map related.

tested in r28016 the inaccessible area issues are Fixed

with regards to the GLSL shader issues can you either:
1. raise a new bug highlighting the problem and close this bug.
2. leave this bug open and add a note indicating that we are awaiting resolution of the GLSL shader defect?

the lighting issues (GLSL shader) problem cannot be reproduced, therefore I wont create a new defect.
