Description
[http://sourceforge.net/p/ufoai/bugs/226 Item 226] imported from sourceforge.net tracker on 2013-01-28 18:15:21

After a research-project is finished, a messagebox
"Build a research-lab first" appears on geoscape.

Obviously, the research-lab has already been built,
so this message is nonsense / confusing.

But maybe some other text should have been displayed,
("Science breakthru!"...) but got mixed up.

This is now fixed in trunk SVN.

Although this particular bug seems fixed there are still
some quirks with research when multiple bases with
laboratories exist (from memory the number of scientists
displayed is global yet you can only assign researchers from
the current base on a project, which is confusing... and
trying to assign researchers from two bases on the same
project doesn't seem to work..). We probably need to ratify
if the research menu should be global (apply to all bases
with laboratories) or local specific to a base, and once we
have decided this a more intuitive (and less buggy)
interface can be designed.
