Version 2.2.1 (Apr 28 2008) on Vista.

I can confirm bug reported in
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2827441&group_id=157793&atid=805242
An alien is stuck in a wall and can only be destroyed by explosives.
It seems to be the same location (screen shots added).

If it is already fixed I'm sorry for zthe irritation.

The question was if it was reproducible with the current trunk not with 2.2.1. We don't maintain 2.2.x anymore, sorry.
