there is some problems with func_door entity|brushes.

1. textuures is shifted. The problem exists either on static map and RMA
2. whole door is placed wrongly on the RMA map (look to the attached screenshot).
3. it`s possible to pass as througth the ghost door as througth the place where the door should be (RMA only).
