Doesn`t show firemodes description in inventory, ufopedia and buy\sell menus.

The problem is: there was information about firemodes info (and ability to switch between they) in 2.2 for weapons, but in 2.3 that info shows only for ammo, and without ability to change viewed firemode.

It looks like a problem with INV_ItemDescription (cl_inventory_callbacks.h) If you compare it with same function in 2.2 branch (file cl_ufopedia.c) you see the difference.

It is not result of menu rewriting but result of code-splitting.
