In the current trunk version, when scrolling an article in the Ufopaedia, switching to another article remembers the position you were in at the previous article.

Observed behaviour:
1. Go to Ufopaedia, open "Background\Political Situation Before the Invasion"
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom.
3. Open "Background\After the War"
4. Notice how the scrolling area is already some way down the text, not at the top.

Expected behaviour
At step 3, the scrolling area should be reset to the top of the newly opened content.
