On the industrial map I ran into a situation where I could not move my soldier anymore

As soon as I pointed the mouse next to my soldier
http://www.ifsr.de/~marc/ufo/02.png the screen is repainted and the mouse is repositioned exactly at the soldier http://www.ifsr.de/~marc/ufo/03.png. This behaviour is 100% reproduceable at the warehouse map component:
