Issue description
Item 1982 imported from sourceforge.net tracker on 2013-01-28 19:14:56

revision 21484. this is a companion bug to https://sourceforge.net/tracker2/?func=detail&aid=2483002&group_id=157793&atid=805242. the attached testcase is created with radiant, but it fails to load. while the other report deals with game that should not crash, this deals with radiant that should not create such maps that crash game smileys/2.png

1) angles is not an allowed keyword for worldspawn, should not be set - with requested typechecking we will prevent this. 2) loading does not fail on windows, but scientific values instead of zero seem to be nothing we want, perhaps we should do some rounding on saving?
