Well good luck with ninja style. Basically you will need to have very fast soldiers to outmanoeuvre aliens. Strike them on flanks to prevent reaction fire... I dont think it much fun and you probably still need skilled soldiers for speed.

no. piloting is always the same. (at least it was with last version i played)
but piloting could increase with hours in air or with fuel consumed in future. not sure what would change higher piloting? maybe some bonus to speed or radius? like using aircraft more efficient?

well i think first aid kit is simple box, or am i mistaken? for suck simple form might be easier to just make new model.
dont have md2 importer on blender im using now so i cant really check it...

for exporting model you need to unwrap it first. search some tutorials on youtube how to unwrap it. its actually simple.
than model must be in 0.0.0. coordinates. press n in blender and in upper right corner you go to 0.0.0. coordinates. also i think you should done is press ctrl+a and click in rotation and scale. this should be done before unwrapping or you might have some problems with textures. also press shift+c to add you starting point to 0.0.0. coordinate. i think that is all... also there might be some wiki about here how to export that explains better than me.
ah yes you need to be in object view.

I think i read somewhere that mostly game is lacking of female voices. but im sure some good quality male voices could be used. but you will have to ask team members.

Im using windows so not sure how it is in linux.
also looks like its blender/2.74/python/lib
also you have to go file user preferences and enable script.

not really remember where to add scripts since im only using 2 or 3 of them, but im 90% its blender/2.74/python/lib

You have to replace the old picture with new one in game folder and use the same name.
py script is blender thing it goes to blender/2.73a (or what ever version of blender you are using) /python
than open blender and file import/export should be new options.
but you have to realize that blender is for model, GIMP is for skin - like photoshop.

search import/export scripts for md2 format. for changing shotgun color you need to change skin. for that you can use gimp - free program.

Interesting idea. But yes those saved alien are like new born children. But ultimately having additional back story about helping those aliens and to reclaim their worlds from hive mind...

I mean if player can step up 5 units, can step be 1 unit wide? That would make very steep steps, might not look very pretty but could imitate ladder.

Some maps have crashed ships some dont. some ships are just too big to put it in map. But if you can make new maps im sure everyone would be very grateful. The same with ships etc.
biomass - this is new game with new story. not sure biomass is in this story.

I know making ladders would require new animations, but what about very steep steps? Not sure how high can solider step but how wide does have to be edge for solider to step on?

Still technology like this might be used very late in game. So you dont need to worry about your alien aircrafts any more.
Maybe some bigger alien ships could have such antimatter generators - carrier maybe to provide all other alien crafts.

No. But for veterans it would b helpful if we had that kind of option. And also base where we have some available buildings to be build instantly and we could choose place for those buildings.
