2 scientist only in the first base..
if u build a second base and try to start any science
there..( with 0 scientists ??! ) and stop it.. u are
no longer able to do it in your first base..

One thing first: I suspect you are using 2.0 RC2, no?

Not being able to research somewhere else than the 1. base
is a design-flaw right now (followed by the pre-defined ..
and onyl ... 2 scientist in the 1. base and the lack of
sci-recuiting ;) ).

But the fact that you can't research anything in the 1. base
after building a 2. one and 'research' something there is a
clear bug. I'll look into this.

I just tried to reproduce this behaviour, but i can't. It
works exactly as expected.

Could you please tell me step by step how you get to this
problem?

A small addition to the previous comment: Igf i build a lab
in the 2. base a can 'assign' 0 (zero) scientists to a
research-item (kinda confusing i concur) . I still need to
debug this further of course.

Ahhhh, now i get the problem:
You can' assign any scientists to the "0 scis research item"
in the 1. base. I mis-read the initial bug-report a bit ;)
... this is a nasty bug indeed :-/ But nothing i can't fix.

As always, there's a workaround for now: Do research only in
the 1. base ... more isn't implemented (correctly) right now.

The problem with assigning 0 scientists is fixed in the 2.x
branch (Revision 1529). Should work in 2.0-RC3 or whatever
version will be released next ;)
