Description
I don't think the info about my system would help here, as it is probably a problem with calculating workshop project time, but in case it would help I'm using Windows XP. I have downloaded a 26dev version few days ago (I don't remember the exact date). So the problem is as follows: during disassembling of a ufo in my second base, i realised it will take forever to finish, so I decided to build another few workshops. Then, after recruting new engineers, the disassembling went down from 100h to 0h. I don't find any logic supporting this phenomena, so I think it must be a bug. The UFO storage was quite away from this second base, so maybe that's a problem here.
Sorry but I don't understand how can I add this ufoconsole.log
Steps to reproduce this issue
I'm not sure if it would reproduce the bug, but it would be as follows:

build a second base,
build a second crashed UFO storage (away from second base)
build workshop in second base
start disassembling a UFO
build second workshop
when UFO is close to finish disassembling, hire additional engineers
