Description
As I've been experimenting with creating an upgrade path for different buildings in the game, I've noticed that especially at lower levels that players just don't have the resources to do it, my proposal is that we allow the setting a liquidation rate for buildings, to give back a percentage of a building's value when it is destroyed. I think it might add an interesting element to the game, as a desperate last resort kind of activity to keep a player afloat financially. For now I'm building the patch with the assumption that this would be a supporting feature for a mod, rather than a regular part of the game, so the defaults maintain the existing game behavior.
