Description
We have support for multiple textures per actor model with the intention it will lead to different looking characters (see team_*.ufo), we also have custom soldier skins support but due to conflict between them nether of these features work with soldier's heads and always the first texture in the model is used (See R_LoadActorSkinsFromModel() and R_ModLoadAliasMD2MeshUnindexed())
Steps to reproduce this issue
Open base/ufos/team_humans.ufo
Comment out all model entries for team phalanx except the for the first four for the male soldier (all use head01)
Run the game go to skirmish and create a new team
Notice that despite there being four variations all soldiers look completely identical...
