Description
IIRC we already had that in 2.4, maybe even earlier and the problem persists:
The german translation (and probably others) is longer than the english terms("average", "competent",...).
So the skill values are hidden and the text is truncated in several cases.
Abbreviations of the translation look ugly.

My idea is to replace the textual description of the skill level by icons of 1-5 stars (like for hotels) and place the translation in the tooltip.

Advantages are obviuos (but just to be sure):
- see the skill numbers again (=bugfix)
- intuitive
- international
- visualization (better than text)
